Madisson Boutique Hotel Cartagena

This place suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception and in-room breakfast make my stays easy and comfortable. On my first visit, staff helped me find parking, and everyone has always been friendly. I can't wait to return next year!

Staff was nice but ran through the bill really quickly. Billing issues- confusion. Guy in kitchen a bit slow in understanding problems...

Near the airport. Nice pool area (which I did not use).

Room very dark (cellar flair). No desk. The hotel is not well suited for business travellers.

Perfectly clean hotel, amicable staff, exceptionally nice and perfect location close to everything. Location near multiple restaurants, casinos and clubs and Bocagrande. Nearby Guadalupe by Mimi - great place to chill out.

The location was great, relatively near Bocagrande beaches. Appreciated the room with a spacious outdoor patio, my bed was good.

I was really surprised by my stay. The room was spacious, equipped with hot water, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh fruit options. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the lively area with shops and a nearby beach added to the charm!

We had a great time at hotel millennium! I'm not sure why there are such bad reviews for this place. It is relaxing and peaceful, it's great to be able to go into a quiet hotel and feel like your the only people staying there. The streets and beaches in Cartagena are so busy and it's a perfect hotel to get away from it all. Room service is very punctual, everyday they make your bed and will change your sheets if requested. Free breakfast is great! Enough food to get you ready for a big day. I would definatly stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the driver on the last day, he refused to take us to the airport in the hotel millennium car. He wanted to finish cleaning the car before he would take us. The front desk staff couldn't even get him to stop and do it later. I personally think je should be fired, if he was my staff member I would have fired him on the spot. Customers always come first I make his job possible and it's not a difficult job to do. The front desk staff were great in this situation they payed for a cab to the airport for us.

Very nice hotel. Only impossible to communicate with the staff if you do not speak spanish, which I luckily did...

The reservations people worked with us so we were able to pay living in other country; they were courteous, professional and caring! The hotel is nice and the people is the best!

The hotel's decor was modern and inviting, and the clean common areas made it easy to navigate. The staff were accommodating.

A wider variety of breakfast options would be appreciated.

Really good staff, beautiful atmosphere.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights and loved the cozy Superior Queen Room, which was super clean and comfy. The pool area offered a nice spot to unwind, and the sun terrace was perfect for catching some rays. Just a heads up, the breakfast was okay but could use a bit of variety. 😊

The staff offered excellent assistance , made a significant difference. The location was perfect for accessing local attractions without being too close to the noise.

I had an incredible stay. the breakfast was excellent with mimosas, my room was spacious and well-appointed, and the pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day.
